Sin Less Privacy Policy

  • If the item has already been sent back to us and you have received an email asking you return it or have been charged for item, we will reverse the charge as soon as the return is processed by us. It might take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.
  • To prevent and detect fraud and abuse, in some circumstances Sin Less may require additional information and documentation from you, such as a government-issued photo identification, to consider processing a return or providing a refund or replacement. All personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which is linked at the bottom of this page.
  • If the product or packaging was intentionally or accidentally damaged by you, then Sin Less will not provide a refund, unless fully paid for by you.
  • If the storage protocols, as outlined here & the Sin Less website, were not followed then there will not be a refund. All Sin Less products must be stored between 65 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit at all times. 
  • Send Sin Less an email to return the product. Sin Less will either send you a return shipping label or Sin Less may forgo receiving the item to be returned and provide a refund in the amount of your original cost within 30 days of purchase.
